Our team collaborates with leadership to scope projects, establish goals, outcomes, eligible activities, target populations, and performance indicators. We develop program concepts using data, needs assessments, stakeholder input, and evidence-based strategies to ensure feasibility and competitiveness. With a focus on alignment with state and organizational priorities, we create logic models, implementation plans, timelines, staffing plans, and preliminary budgets.

A meaningful part of my academic experience was my study abroad in Florence, Italy, where I immersed myself in the city’s language, culture, and urban history. Living and learning in Florence expanded my global perspective, deepened my appreciation for how different cities solve similar challenges, and strengthened my adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills.
